What is one challenge that all organizations face with Digital Transformation? It’s CHANGE. They say change is constant and inevitable, and perhaps this is the reason why it has ‘transform’ in the word itself.

Stepping out from your comfort zone might be the biggest move one has to make, and what more that now we are talking of an entire organization? The thought of Digital Transformation will always be overwhelming for everyone at first and will have most members of the organization resistant to it as daily routines will change and this also means additional workload to take on.

So how can we prepare the entire organization and help our members be open, and to embrace change? Here are some tips that are easy to do and have been proven to work over time:

Engage them

Talk to them, ask them what they think and how they feel about the thought and move of undergoing Digital Transformation. Understand what they’re afraid of and what they think can be done to address this.

Create a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)

Give them a glimpse of the features that will satisfy their needs. Design something you could test out in the marketplace with your people internally.

Adjust often

Just like change, adjust often and adjust based on the results you are finding until you find the perfect fit for everyone.
