According to the results on the experiments and researches conducted by Sociologists, people who have long term vision are more likely to succeed than those who don’t. I was just off the phone with my good friend and colleague and we had a great conversation quite similar to this concept. My friend and I discussed about, The Importance of Long Term Vision and Short Term Action.
We talk about strategies and techniques we should consider when taking on projects. We both came to an agreement that it’s best to have a long term vision while doing short term actions, meaning being urgently patient., thinking about the long term while presently doing actions that will help you get to the future phase.
Technologies and trends change a lot now a days and it’s best to do actions to keep up with it but never lose sight of your long term vision and before you know it you’re already there.
